In our ancient culture Vedang Jyotish has an important culture to run daily life, monthly life and yearly life in religion. When the planet the Sun and the Moon are created with other planets,with them the culture seems to have begun in custom for religious life in order to have adoption and adjustment in the Geographical Situation that had created by the Planets on our earth we live on. The Planets of universe are, undoubtedly predominant forces to bring season for Cholera and many other evils that can sabots living beings. That is why Astrology created from Astronomy to remove evils from the reactions of the planets in living beings.
Each Planet has had its own character and nature to have power for living beings. So Aryan civilization gives more importance of the Planets in our horoscope in order to understand evils come in life.Horoscope is an actule historical sources of human life its more importance than that of Modern historical resources.
The Vedang Jyotish has Calendar. The first day of the Jyotish in the calendar is the first day of the bright Moon Marga Sukla. It is still practicable in our Buddhist culture.
The first day of Srawan Sukla is known as Gunlã Pãru. the Srawan is the ninth month from Marga Sukla. Even in the story ‘Mahabharata’ the Vedang Jyotish is very popular. One should not be blind to know the learning of the Jyotish that has had no Era. The Golden Era, Silver, Era, Copper Era or Iron Era are very popular, but they have had no Scientific Era as we have had these days in our mordern century. The vendang Jyotish has had no vedic era in puran, veda upnished. In the published horoscopes of Sri Ram Chandra, Lord Krishna, The Lord of Lanka Rawan do not seem to had followed the Vedang Jyotish that has begun from the first day of Marga Sukla. The place of the Sun in the Vedang Jyotish horoscope does not follow the calendar of the Marga Sukla.
The house of the Sun is the house of the Vikram Era. The Vikram Era, although it was not popular in daily life seems to have existed in the early Vedic civilization. In the history of European Astrology the Vikram Era Seems to have begun on and from 58 B. C. This is modern calculation. The modern calculation of the Vikram Era can not be left behind the early Vedic Civilization. The culture of the Vickram Era can be fund on the horoscope of the early Vedic life. One can find the Sun in the Rig Veda, so can be found the Vikram Era with the position of the Sun with the Vikram Era. The Sun and the Vikram Era can not be separated from each other in the Vedic life and culture, the Vikram Era can be calculated from and even before 996401 B. C. for Vedang Jyotish in Calendar.
